Our home is four minutes away from a quiet village type setting with shopping, health center, medical facilities, laundromats, restaurants and more. Many weekend activities are always available.
Our vacation home is the entire 1,000 square foot 2nd floor and comprises a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a 10 x 40 foot deck facing Lakemont Pines lake. Our home is nonsmoking.
The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove, refrigerator and views of the lake.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV and VCR/DVD and views of the Stanislaus National forest.
The second bedroom has a loft bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, ceilind fan, TV, VCR,DVD and views of the Stanislaus National forest.
The bathroom is a tub with a shower.
The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, ceiling fan, games and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air and the windows face Lakemont Pines lake.
Lakemont Pines lake is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.

The Sierra Nevada Logging Museum is always open to the public.
Tall Cedars, Pines and Oaks surround our home. Leave right from the house and hike through the Stanislaus National forest on foot or experience some of the best mountain biking that Northern California offers.

$175.00 Security Deposit required at time of reservation and is additional to rental charge.
Security deposit is refundable when the house is inspected and keys returned.
THIS HOME IS NON-SMOKING due to severe allergies.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
A refundable security deposit of $175.00 is required for our home, with an additional $50.00 for pets.
We will accept checks, cashier=s checks, money orders, or cash. Use a Paypal account sent to houseatarnold@hotmail.com for credit cards.
All email or phone reservations will be held for a maximum of 5 working days. If your deposit has not been received during that time period, your reservation will be considered Aunconfirmed@.
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter specifying your arrival and departure dates.
If you cancel your reservation twenty-one (21) days or more before your arrival date your full deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation eight to twenty (8-20) days 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within seven (7) days of your arrival date you will forfeit the full deposit.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
