This stunning sea front villa is located in one of the island's most beautiful places in Sapsila by Grikos (2km from Scala, Patmos harbour). It consists of 5 bedrooms, four with a double bed and one with 2 single beds - all with air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower/WC.
Two of the bedrooms are on the upper floor and have a fantastic 30 sqm terrace each with beautiful views of the Aegean sea, the harbour and the old town of Chora and its monastery. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dish washer and a washing machine. The common areas include a terrace with dinner table, sundeck, dining room, and living room with fireplace, satellite TV and radio/CD player. The villa has a wonderful private swimming pool for the use of guests. The sea is only 250 meters away. Maid service is 3 times per week and linen change is twice a week. In the period from 1 August to 15 September the villa is rented for a minimum 2 weeks.
