In Impro of Sfakia and in a altimeter of 800m there is the villa “Archontiko”, an architectures sample of the 18th century.
“Archontico” is a stone complex consisted by two buildings made by stone, as well the inside part of the first building is separated by stone arches. There are three bedrooms with private bathroom. Television, air-conditioning, common dinning room fully equipped and a wardroom 40m2 with a fire place. There can live two to eight people.
In the second building, which is 70m2, there is a bedroom with a television and air conditioning, a wardroom with a fire place and a dinning room fully equipped with a traditional oven. There can leave two to four people.
Both buildings are mainly built by wood and stone, as every typical building of 18th century. In the outside part of the buildings, which is 300m2, there is a swimming pool, a barbeque and a traditional well. There is also a private car park. The ravine Impros is 100m away from villa “Archontico”. There are taverns and a super market near by (40m).
The airport of Chania is 50km away and the one of Heraklio 110km. City of Rethymno is about 45km away from Impros of Sfakia. The clean and pleasant beaches of Sfakia are just 9km from Impros. It' s nice and quiet in Imbros, nice place for
family holidays,a great spot, because you will need about half an hour to the northern and about
the same time to southern coast of crete!
