WALK TO EVERYTHING - Casa del Cipresso is located on a quiet, pedestrian only street - parking, shops, street market...all less than a block away.

10 minute stroll through the Medieval, Historic Center to the "new" part of Calitri; there you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, pizzarias, coffee bars, bars, banks, post office, bus stop, swimming pool, internet cafe, and all the other town amenities you would expect to find in a town of about 6000 residents.

SWIMMING - We have made arrangements so that our guests can purchase daily/weekly pool passes to a beautiful, local, outdoor pool.

A car is not needed for exploring the Calitri, but we recommend one for exploring the surrounding area and sights. Car rentals are available in Calitri and can be arranged for you.
