Welcome to Le Comédien! Le Comédien is a simple, but perfectly charming artist´s apartment on the top floor of a village house in Haut de Cagnes. It has a built-in, sunny terrace, with sliding glass windows that offer a magnificent view over the roof tops of the village, as well as of the glittering Mediterranean. Very inspiring! What could be better than to spend a late evening in the terrace sofa, looking down over the coast line. There is room for lots of people! The cool and quiet bedroom, with a double bed, has a view to the mountains. A guestroom sleeps one more person. The bathroom features classical sun coloured Provencal tiles. This is the place to come if you want to get away from the everyday stress. Listen to the music and just relax!
Le Comédien is situated in Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.

Bed linen and towels can be rented for euros 20 per person.

There is a washing machine but no dryer, you can hang the washing on the terrace (it will be dry in no time).Check in time : We will be as flexable as we possibly can. We will ask you a 50%(non refundable) booking fee, which you can send by Paypal. We will ask you also for a security deposit of euros 500, which will be given back to you on departure if everything is in order. There is a parking in the village (euros 40 per week). There are also free parking places around the castle (5 minutes from the apartment).
