This amazing three storey four bedroom villa set in private grounds is just five minutes from the stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. With great local amenities and restaurants the villa is only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity.
Take breakfast on the large balconies, enjoy evening meals on the roof terrace taking in the breathtaking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy.
The fully air-conditioned open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is luxuriously furnished throughout. There are four bedrooms, three ensuite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share. The fourth bedroom is a poolside studio with fully en suite facilities.
The living room is 70 m2 and has a Sony home entertainment system with 40" plasma tv, 30+ cable channels, iPod connection, DVD and CD player, sound system with surround sound and a Playstation 2 with 20+ games.

25% deposit payable upon booking, refundable for cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to booked dates. Balance payment due 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation charges:
More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge
4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate
2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental rate.
£500 security deposit payable the day before arrival, refunded within two weeks of departure less breakages and damages.
All payments to be made by direct transfer to UK or Thai bank account.
