This is a self-catering villa with a floor area of approximately 122 m². There are 3 bedrooms - master with double bed and balcony overlooking the swimming pool; second with double bed; third with two single beds. The sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed and there is a fold-out single bed available, to increase the sleeping capacity to 9 persons. The upstairs bathroom consists of a bath-tub, shower, toilet, hair dryer, "his and hers" wash basins and a washing machine; the downstairs bathroom has toilet, shower and wash-basin. The kitchen has a freezer, 4 ring stove, hob, microwave, oven, dish washer, grill, fridge and coffee maker. The living room has a fireplace, sofabed, sofas, cd, radio, tv, DVD, satellite . The dining area has table and seating and a child's highchair is available. Outside there is a patio with charcoal barbecue, car parking, garden, 8 garden chairs, and 3 beach chairs. There is a lovely communal pool.
Pets are not allowed, children are welcome, and it's suitable for the elderly or infirm.
This is a small community consisting of 18 houses within a privately walled area and the community manager lives on site. Rental of bed linen & towels can be arranged via the manager at a small cost. Rental of bicycles may also be arranged on site. Car parking for one car is available within the property bounds with ample on road parking adjacent to the house. A car is recommended but not essential as rail facilities are available at L' Hospitalet de I'infant 4kl from the property - only an 8 Euro trip. The property has been enjoyed by elderly visitors but is not ideal for wheelchairs or infirm as all bedrooms are on the upper floor. The owners use the villa as their second home and have lovingly spent considerable time to give the property a feeling of welcome and warmth. Air Conditioning is not installed in the property but there are shutters to keep the property cool and also electric fans are available for use by the guests.
