The house is located close to Porto Santo Stefano, in one of the most beautiful areas of Monte Argentario and enjoys splendid views over the coastline underneath in front of Giglio island.
Distances: the charming tourist town Porto Santo Stefano with all kinds of shops 5 km, Capalbio approx. 20 km, Portoercole approx. 10 km, Grosseto approx. 35 km, Siena approx. 90 km, Roma 180 km. The sea-side is approx. 1 km far from the house and can be reached through a private road.
At guests' disposal: large terraced garden surrounded by typical Mediterranean plants, private access to the equipped rocky beaches underneath, restaurant (for the sole use of guests staying at Cala Piccola - free entrance for 4 persons only, extra people pay € 5,50 / per day). Bus service available for the guests during the summer (included in the rental price) from the house to the beaches. Parking within the property.

Arrivals on Saturdays between 17.00 and 20.00. Arrivals after 20.00 will not be accepted.
