Payment Policy: A deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. A credit card is due prior to check-in as a security deposit. There will be no charge to the card provided there is no damage to the unit or outstanding expenses related to the rental.
