Child friendly cottage surrounded by 8 acres and a lake. Very private and quiet and just down the road from Rocky Crest Resort and Golf Club. Canoe and Boat available, great fishing, impossible not to catch one! Perfect swimming area for young children, inflatable water trampoline for older kids. We have 4 boys and they are busy all day in the water, tree house and massive sand pit.

Notes:
200$ deposit refunded the day you leave as long as the cottage is in good condition.
Deposit of half the rental is required upon booking and will be fully refunded upon cancellation before May 15th. No refund after that date unless mutually agreed upon. I realize that emergencies come up, but I need to also protect myself from parties making bookings and then just canceling and leaving us in the lurch. There will be an extra $100 dollar clean up fee if you bring pets.
