Cancellation Policy;
All money will be returned in full;
A three (3) month notice in writing or email, to owner; payment in full, must be made (3) months to hold your booking dates;
A (Six hundred Dollar) $600. Deposit, may be made to hold your booking dates:
If, owner has not received a (three month) notice of cancellation, within the time frame, a (One Hundred Dollar) $100.00 fee; will be withheld, due, to possibility, of not being able to fill unit:;

Keys & Pass Card; We kindly ask that upon, your departure, please take keys & pass card with you, and mail back to owner; with (7) days of your origional departure date; If, not within (7) days, or (Fifty Dollar $50.00 fee will be withheld; Thank You !
