Nice vacation home with three bedrooms, two baths, den/dining area with gas fireplace. Home has two bedrooms upstairs with a queen size bed in each. A single bedroom downstairs has its own entrance; features a double bed and adjoining bath. In the den, a pull out sofa-bed provides additional room for sleeping. Home has a comfortable screened in porch with a ceiling fan with wonderful views of the lake and mountains. Sit back in some African furniture. Fully furnished, home has washer-dryer, gas grill, three window air conditioners. Wonderful area to swim! Giant deck on top of boat house is wonderful place for sitting in the sun, fishing, etc. Cottage is located in a cove, away from the big water and large wake from fast moving boats. Leave worry free, as all our homes include departure cleaning and linens.
