L´Orangeraie - a lovely old "bergerie"

L’Orangeraie, a fully restored 17th century stone house, enjoys a unique spot in the heart of the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes. At a 5 min walk from the center of the village, it provides the quietness of a lovely Mediterrean garden and also a roof terrace, both with a stunning view over the sea and the surrounding medieval houses. The South-oriented house offers the pleasure of sunshine all day long.
The house (90m2) is divided in two parts: the main house offers two bedrooms on the first floor – the main one with two single beds that can be transformed into a queen size bed, and a small, open bedroom with a single bed, as well as a pull-out-bed. There is a full bathroom, a living-room with a sofa for one person and a fully equipped kitchen. The second part of the house offers a double room and full shower-room in the courtyard. Recently renewed, this house is simple but comfortable.

On the ground floor:
The living-room, provided with a large glass door opens onto a wonderful view over the garden and its palm and orange trees. A closed fireplace will brighten your evenings. A high quality sofa can accomodate one more person.
A fully equipped kitchen is next to the dining area and the little breakfast room.
A small courtyard leads to a guestroom (double bed 140cm) with a full shower-room.
First floor:
The inside and outside stairs lead to two bedrooms and the adjacent full bathroom (bathtub, a wc, and a wardrobe).
The main bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be transformed into a queen size bed. It opens onto the terrace with a magnificent view to the sea, the garden and the medieval houses of the village. The second small room has a single bed.

The rent includes utilities, and final cleaning. Bed linen/towels are 20 euros/person. There is also a security deposit of 1500 euros, reimbursed on departure if everything is in order.
50% non-refundable booking fee. Balance and security deposit on arrival, or according to agreement.
