(2)-Cancellations will be subject to loss of deposit and any/all payments made prior to your reservation because these properties are not in a hotel. This includes not choosing to stay at the rented property after check-in or any period thereafter during the term of this agreement.(3)- The Tenant or Guests will be responsible for obtaining their own insurance and will hold harmless owner of property on any and all instances, and or occurrences.(4)- Accommodations are professionally cleaned prior to check-in, then again after you check out .(5)-Must sent the names of the people that going with you so that I can fill out the form for the security guard in the front desk.
(1)-The security deposit or advanced rent shall be received no later than Two days or the contract will result void and will be returned to the tenant before or after Departure provided that no damages occurred on the property and if any damage is caused you have to agree to pay more if the damage made cost more than the security deposit.
