Walking distance to the beach (two streets), bus-stop (3 min) to old San Juan or Islaverde, banks, really good Puerto Rican restaurants, supermarkets, small shops, Ashford Hospital, pharmacies , mayor hotels ( Double tree Hilton) for tourist packages.
