Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel your reservation; your cancellation notice must be made in writing – either by fax, email or mail. For cancellations received 90 days prior to your arrival date, 25% of the rental fee is forfeited. For cancellations received 60 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is forfeited. 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited. In all cases, the damage deposit of $500.00 is refunded in full.
