Included -all rates are inclusive of electricity, water consumption, weekly clean, linen and towel change. The nearby bus lines within walking distance will take you virtually anywhere .Basic shopping facilities can be found 500 meters from the house. Restaurants, bars, church, pharmacy and post office are within 5 minutes by bus distance. Besides this, nature is just outside the place, so you're on a sea park walk in a minute.
