Mas Mon Rêve is a traditional stone farmhouse, built between the 18th and 19th centuries, perched like an eagle´s nest on a quiet hillside in Provence above the Mediterranean. The house has been full restored and has a newly built swimming pool. Eight guests can sleep in four bedrooms.
Here, one can enjoy the spectacular view from the terrace all year round, with the benefit of the pool in the summer, and the cosy ambience created by the ancient stone fireplaces in winter.
The pool and terrace are at the lower ground level at the back. From here, French doors lead into the living room, which has a pair of comfortable sofas, and the dining room, where eight can sit around a big wooden table.
A separate small living room has a giant fireplace, and is an ideal spot to relax on winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated in the traditional Provençal style. Also on this floor is a full bathroom.
The upper floor is on the same level as the road and the parking spot. The front door opens onto this level, which has four bedrooms. Two have double beds, and two have two single beds. There is also a separate study which has a sofa bed. A shower room on this floor has a WC and shower.
The house is filled with pieces of art and decorated with taste and imagination. Outside, the sun-drenched terrace has a panoramic view across the surrounding mountains and valley, which one can enjoy from the swimming pool. The house is set in a quiet, rural area with other houses at a comfortable distance.
The medieval artist´s village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a 5-10 minutes drive away!
