This basic, 3 level condo is in a great location. About 1 mile to Kings Beach shopping, restaurants, and public beach, and just a few miles to Northstar ski resort. The Kingswood Village complex is also located on the Northstar shuttle route (available winter only). This unit is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a wood fireplace for those cold winter nights! The pool and tennis courts are available in the summer only, and the fitness room and sauna are open year round.
A 10% tax, departure cleaning fee, and refundable security/damage deposit are required in addition to nightly rate. Please no smoking and no pets. Bedroom 1: King
