A fun, and bright condo set the tall pine trees of Kings Beach. This townhome has been nicely decorated and the owners have recently put in new carpet and new kitchen cabinets. There are 2 decks off the back of the unit, the upper deck has a charcoal BBQ, a table and chairs (in summer only) to enjoy summer dinners among the pine trees. And for cold winter nights there is a big fireplace in the living room. Living room also is equipped with TV,VCR, and DVD player. The pool and tennis courts are available in the summer only, and for winter fun, Northstar ski resort is only minutes away. A great vacation spot anytime of the year!
