Our beautiful ocean view three bedroom two bath beach house will make great family memories. Just a few seconds from the house and your feet will hit the sand! This beach house is only 60 feet off of the ocean with views from all bedrooms and the deck. The beach access is in front of the house so it is very convenient for snack breaks, naps and bathroom breaks. The first floor contains a large living room, dining room and kitchen combo (large L shape open to each other), bedroom and full bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances (dishwasher, garbage disposal, frig, microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc.) There is also a full size washer an dryer on the first floor. The second floor contains two large bedrooms and one full bathrooms. The bed sizes in this house are: one king size bed, two queen size beds, one queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, two double rollaways and one twin rollaway.
Children can ride bikes, skateboard, walk and rollerblade throughout the community with little worries for the parents. This gated community is very family oriented with 24 hour security, 10 mph speed limit throughout the community and life guards on duty at the indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools and on duty during most spring, summer and fall on the ocean. The community also offers a skate park, recreation building, arcade, 8 fresh water lakes, Nature Center, large observation deck, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, miniature golf, volleyball courts, basketball courts, bocce balls, horsheshoes, numerous playground areas, several eating areas (burgers, ice cream, sandwiches, etc) and camp store.
