Comfortable, 2 bedrooms apartment with balcony, located in the centre of Budapest - in the historical VII. district, at Garay ter - on the Vth floor of a residental building with elevator, between the historical houses.
The Keleti (East) Railwaystation and Keleti pályaudvar Metro station (M2 line) is only 4 minutes walking distance. By walking, or some minutes by public transport you can reach all the sights of Budapest.
The City Park is also in 5 min. walking distance in the opposite direction. It is the largest green belt on the Pest side with magnificent buildings and monuments were built at the end of 19th century, for the Millenary celebrations: Museum of Fina Arts, Palace of Arts, Hereoes' square and the Millenary Monument, Vajdahunyad castle. City Park offers entertainments for all generations: Funfair, Zoo, Grand Circus, boating lake and skating ring, museums, spa bath (Szechenyi Medical Bath - thermal water in swimming pool and in open air sections, popular in winter also.
And only 1 stop by Metro the Papp Laszlo Budapest Sportarena and the Puskas Ferenc Stadion. {linebreak}
The apartment can accommodate maximun of 4 people, in 2 bedrooms, but the all flat can be rented for 1 person also.
In the bedroom 1. there are two single beds together (like a king size double bed) and the TV watching area with a glass covered table and 3 armchair, the digital cable television with English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Hungarian channels, the telephone (only for incoming calls) and a ventilator in summer.
In the bedroom 2. there is a single bed, upon request one extrabed or a baby bed can be added, and there you will find a desk with chair also.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things: gas range with oven, refrigerator, sink, a table with 3 chairs, two kind of coffee maker, kitchen utilities (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots,..), kitchen clothes, and an iron.
The bathroom is with tub, the toilet is separated. The warm water and the heating is centrally provided in the house.
The bedrooms face the street, which has little traffic. You can also enjoy the balcony, it is 4m2 large.The given season prices are for 2 persons, the 3rd person: +7 Euro/night, the 4th person +6 Euro/night.
