The Main areas of the home are spacious and can handle a group! The Gourmet Kitchen is a chef's dream, including a wine fridge, gas range, 48" built in Refrigerator, center island and eating area- all with views and a open feel that extends into the Great Room and Formal area.

All bedrooms are bright and spacious. 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the 6th bedroom has 2 full size beds; all rooms have fresh white linens and towels.

Full amenities are provided. There are 3 open lawn areas, many pathways, plum trees and beautiful old California Oak trees that adorn the property. Incredible Panoramic views throughout home encompass the Napa Valley Mountains and amrin's open space Ridgelines.

The neighborhood, Los Ranchitos, a part of San Rafael / Terra Linda area, is a small valley in central Marin, that embraces country living in Suburbia. All homes in the area consist of 1+ acre properties that allow agricultural activities and farm animals. Down the street, on Owens Farm, there is a miniature donkey and two goats that love to be greeted by people passing by on walks. Horses dot the landscape of this neighborhood also. In addition, the neighborhood offers direct access onto Terra Linda Open Space ridge trails that feature views of Mt. Tamalpais, Marin Civic Center, and the San Francisco Bay.

The proximity of the neighborhood to Marin and Bay area activities can’t be beat. Downtown San Rafael, where there is great dining and shopping, is just a quick 4-5 minute drive. Northgate Mall- I, II & III, down the street, but in a separate valley, is about a 3 minute drive! Freeway access takes just 2 minutes also. Get to downtown San Francisco within 24 minutes!
