Our Direct Oceanfront Condo is located about midway between the Kaanapali and Kapalua Resort Areas, on Maui's World Famous West Coast. Kuleana 713 sits just a few feet from the Ocean's edge ~ with spectacular 180 degree views of LANAI and MOLOKAI on the horizon.

Our unit is lots of fun, elegantly appointed, with all the comforts of home.

We know without a doubt, that you will absolutely love it here. We are very proud to say that we've had HUNDREDS of happy guests from around the world, and not a single unhappy one! We truly love what we do ~ and our main goal is to help you have a memorable Honeymoon or Vacation.

Rates posted are for TWO guests, and a 7-NIGHT stay.
Please ADD $15.00 per night - per person - for any 3rd or 4th guest over 12 months.
LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS: There is a $50.00 short-stay fee.

HOLIDAY SURCHARGE:
There is a $50.00 holiday surcharge if your booking falls across any of the following holidays: NEW YEARS DAY, EASTER, MEMORIAL DAY, 4th of JULY, LABOR DAY, HALLOWEEN, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS DAY.

There is a $75 cleaning fee and 11.42% tax on all stays.
We offer a 10% DISCOUNT on bookings of 21 nights or longer

There is a 7 night minimum if booking more than 60 days prior.
There is a 5 night minimum if booking within 60 days.
There is a 3 night minimum if booking within 30 days.
