The daily rent is PHP1,300 (Philippine peso); We also require security deposit of US$100 or peso equivalent (based on prevailing rate) which is refundable upon check out. Rent and security deposit is payable upfront upon check-in. We also accept payment in US dollars in cash or credit card. For credit card, payment must be made at least 1 week prior to occupancy to allow approval by the credit card company. Advance deposit of US$50 (to be deducted from security deposit) guarantees reservation. Penalty of US$50 applies for no show or cancellation of reservation 14 days before occupancy.
