The Resort is located across the street from the Palma Real shopping mall with all its high end boutiques, Movie theaters, Food Court with the Hard Rock Café and Outback and many more good restaurants and the Super Lama supermarket. The San Juan Shopping Center is located at only a seven minute drive, where you can find Super Pola supermarket, 7 movie theaters, lots of boutiques, some restaurants and the Ikea catalogue store and the restaurant Noah, for fine dining. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:
? If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.
? The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.
? You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.
ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:
? The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.
? We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.
? Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.
RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.
The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

Stayed for 9 days in December, 2015 en general la villa esta muy bonita, pero tal y como le notificamos el dia del check out a la agente de go punta cana, tiene detalles que son importantes de solucionar como los inodoros de los baños, que los aros estan amarillos y el baño del 2do cuarto ni siquiera tiene (el aro donde las personas se sientan), por otra parte ningun baño tenia una jabonera donde colocar los jabones, y el baño del ultimo cuarto acumula agua dentro de la ducha por falta de inclinacion al desague y provoca un pesimo olor en el cuarto. a la cocina tambien consideramos en nuestra estadia que podria estar un poco mas completa.Pero en general nuestra estadia en la villa estuvo muy agradable!

Stayed for 7 days in May, 2015 The house is exactly like pics no worries! There are actually 6 ttl bthrms incl. the pool area. The pool was AWESOME!!! It was cleaned every day, we even left rafts behind. We didn't rent a car, even splitting cab fare 3 ways was pricey. Driving is something I wouldn't attempt. The stores near the house are high end. Things I would highly suggest are: 1. Bring T.P., paper towels & trash bag liners. 2. There are 2 grocery stores. They aren't real cheap and take US dollars or credit card. 3. The restaurants nearby were pricey (Hard Rock cafe 1 beer, 1 burger, 1 salad and a bottle of water $75 us dollars). 4. Keep a/c off during day & run in bdrms only at night. In less than 24 hrs. we racked up $100. Once we knew we shut it down and used only in bedrooms at night. We left ceiling fans on 24/7 by end of week we paid $185 for electric. The house is back of the neighborhood, good 20 minute walk to the grocery store. We were lazy and took a cab for $10I HIGHLY suggest day pass at Hard Rock Hotel!! We went twice. You can email/call that morning to see if they have any day passes. I?d call them once your there cause we assumed the email meant the front desk knew, we had to show email cause they didn?t notify front desk. Email shows pricing so you have in writing. All passes incl. all you can eat/drink $97 pp/day 10am-6pm. $150 pp/day 10am-2am. $70 pp/day 6pm-2am. We chose both days at $97. The bartenders, the beach and the pools were spectacular!!I would rent this house again. It was clean and had everything: forks/spoons etc., plastic containers to store items (we used after grilling chicken and hot dogs). The staff was excellent, Carla, Blanka and Scott, thank you. The cab driver we loved that spoke broken English was Victor, he was sweet & suggestive as next time we were there we find him and go to Macao beach.

Stayed for 9 days in March, 2015 The rental property was nice. Spacious, clean, quiet. There were no "starter" food items...not even paper towels or salt and pepper, which was unusual, but understandable as we were pretty sure we were the first renters. The prop mgmt svcs were less than admirable. The advertisement is misleading at best. The rental property is on a golf resort and is NOT walking distance from anything...unless you enjoy taking mile long walks in 85 degree weather on regular. We opted to rent a car at the advice of our cab driver once we saw how far we were away from everything. We called our prop mgr about where to place the trash and never received a call back...and after check in...never heard from her until our check out day. Speaking of...read your contract carefully and closely. Check out is expected at 10a. Not sure who expects travelers to be up and ready to catch a flight while on vacation, but please plan accordingly. Two hours past 10a = and $50...and it gets more expensive after that. Oh, and be sure you like golf if you stay here because it's literally the only attraction in the resort! But..like I initially said - beautiful house.

Did you read the rental agreement, description of the property and information sent to you before and after booking? Apparently not. All the information is provided to all renters so there are no surprises. Including what is included and what is not included in the rental property as well as check in and check out time. If you did not read the information that was sent to you, then that is not our fault. We have check out at 10AM because we usually have other guests that check in at 4PM. Our cleaning staff needs enough time to clean and provide spot free accommodations. You were not the first renters, but obviously the first ones to not read any of the information that was sent to your before and after booking the villa. Other tenants can speak the truth about this properties, other properties we manage and the service we provide. WE did come by to do the formal check in as previously agreed with you were not at home. We tried calling several times and also no answer. We are available via email, physical office, office phone, cellphones and even our own application all of which you never used to try and contact us. Yes, it is a beautiful house!!!

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2015 We spent 7 days in this villa. Here are the positives:-very nice villa-nice golf court-nice pool-nice quiet and serine locationThe negatives;- the fridge needs to be fixed, it's doesn't get cold enough and you end up with lots of water on each of the glass shelves, are bread, meats, fruit in vegetable was sitting in a pool of water-the kitchen could be better equipped, better knives, the pans are old and would need to be replace.-get a latter for the pool. There is no shallow part in the pool so, very hard to get out of it. The pool is not for young children.-beds are hard, if you like duper firm mattress you will be fine otherwise a mattress topper could help.-horrible pillows-no BBQ brush, but understandable, they had just bought a brand new BBQ, they just forgot to buy a cleaning bruch and tools-lots of ants in the kitchen,buy ants trap-golf cost is expensiveIf they can fix those minor issue the place would be perfectHowever, these are easy fix that can be done by the owner.Punta Cana Resl estate were greatThanks again Alexandra and Simon Strickland
