2 built-in washbasins, separate toilet and hairdryer.

Is equipped with a queen size bed with built-in wardrobe, drawer unit and colour

Is fitted with a bath with overhead shower unit, built in washbasin, toilet
and hair dryer.
Bedroom 3
Has 2 twin beds, colour TV, wardrobe & drawer unit.

Is adjacent to Bedrooms 3 &4. It has a bath with an overhead bath shower
for general use It also has a built in wash basin, toilet and hair dryer.
Bedroom 4
Is equipped with a queen size bed with built-in wardrobe, drawer unit and colour
TV. Bathroom 3 is accessible from bedroom 4.
Family Area & Dining Room (Quiet Area)
Includes a dining table and eight chairs, room enough for the whole family,
the room also has two sofas and a coffee table if you are after some quiet
time away from the TV and the rest of your party.
Family Room
Includes two sofas and coffee table. with a colour cable TV, hi-fi System and
Play Station 2 for Games and DVD’s.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout, and all linen and towels are
included (except beach towels).
Access is available to the pool through the patio doors.
Kitchen & Utility Room
The breakfast area has a table with four chairs along with a Breakfast bar
and stools.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with a large capacity fridge freezer, microwave
oven, 4 burner gas oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. It comes fully
equipped with crockery, cutlery and all other utensils.
The washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are located in the
utility room along with access to the two-car garage.
Pool deck
The pool faces on to a nature reserve on two sides, is fully screened and is
equipped with 4 sun lounges, 8 chairs, 2 tables and 3 occasional tables.
All doors to the pool area from the villa are protected by a pool fence which
is across the Lania and is removable if your party doesn't include children.
Pool
The 30ft x 13ft pool comes complete with underwater lighting for those midnight
dips (if you’re still awake at midnight!).
Jacuzzi
The circular integral Jacuzzi is in an ideal position for basking in the sun
while keeping cool, keeping an eye on the kids, or for relaxing in after a
hard day walking around the theme parks.
If you decide to take advantage of a quieter Orlando and take a break in the
winter months the water in the pool & Jacuzzi can be heated for an additional
cost, simply enquire when booking.
