Vacation Cottage Rental Description:
‘Little Paradise’ is an independent home cottage located in a peaceful valley in Assagao, North Goa, between the Arabian Sea at Anjuna beach and the small market town of Mapusa. The architecture of the house is of goan style with mangalore tiled roofing and white washed walls built with laterite, whilst the interiors are contemporary, stylish and completely furnished with all amenities.
The cottage is fully airconditioned and set in 1200 sq yards of landscaped gardens and lush green. There are 3 large sit out patios/balconies for eating and relaxing, and spaces for reading, meditation or just sunbathing! The house is quiet and safe.
The house is divided into 2 units.
The upper main unit consists of a furnished, spacious and airconditioned living and dining area and an open kitchen european style format, fitted with modern appliances. The entire upper unit has hi speed wifi connectivity. A large airconditioned bedroom with a queen size bed and a foldable queen size futon adjoins the living area. The bedroom has cable TV facilities, a DVD and music system. The master bathroom has both an indoor shower/ tub area and an outdoor tropical shower area. The living area, kitchen area and bedroom open to large sit out balconies.
The lower unit consists of an airconditioned furnished room with cable TV,an attached pantry with a small seating area and a spacious toilet. The lower floor opens to the front lawn of the house.
‘Little Paradise’ is a 10 minutes drive from the stretches of endless silver sand and white surf beaches wetted by the rush of the 'azure' Arabian sea. White churches and temples rest against plush green paddy fields and coconut trees.

A 50% advance is required to confirm booking. Balance amount is payable minimum 14 days prior to arrival at the Little Paradise cottage. The payment can be sent via wire transfer.
