For parties of up to 6 people, New Moon can be rented together with Just Enough, another one bedroom house on the same property.Located 10-15 minutes from both the North and South shore beaches and trails, swimming, snorkeling and hiking opportunities abound. A variety of restaurants, shops and bars are less than ½ mile away in Coral Bay, and the bustling nightlife and shopping of downtown Cruz Bay can be reached in 25 minutes.

RATES:Off Season (Apr 16 to Dec 14) $1,000/week or $145/night
In Season (Dec 15 to April 15) $1,400/week or $200/night
$25/nt additional for more than 2 people. 4 night minimum. Reservations by phone only. A check or money order for 50% of total rental fee is required upon booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. A full refund, less 20% handling fee, will be made for any cancellations received up to 60 days before the arrival date. There is no refund for any cancellations received within 60 days of the arrival date unless we are able to rebook your time slot.
