A perfect place for travelers new and old to Montreal. My wife and I just purchased this as our second/summer home, but would love for others to experience Montreal at our place when we're not there.
We have tried to think of everything. It is not some cheap rental where the furniture wobbles and the furnishings are sparse.

This is 1250 sq ft of home, where you can stretch out and relax after a day of exploring the city, read a book in our separate office off the living room, cook a meal in our full-kitchen, enjoy sleeping on a king-size bed with 400-thread count sheets, unwind in a jacuzzi bathtub, or entertain guests in our huge dining room area.

It's a home located in such a vibrant area of the Plateau, close to everything. We've rented from others while visiting Montreal for years and, hopefully, learned from others what to do AND what not to do. If you want to travel well and not worry about the little things, then consider us.

I'm sorry we did not have a great wide-angle lens to make our property look as nice as it is. So far, we've had about ten parties rent from us and every single one of them has emailed or called to tell us what a wonderful time they had staying with us.

king size bed in master bedroom with dresser, walk-in closet, and stereo
high speed internet
washer and dryer (and, yes, we have detergent for you)
good sized living room with sofa that has pull-out bed, 36" tv (also, all the furniture is adult-sized, not rental-sized)
office has internet access, desk, library, two reading chairs
bathroom has separate shower and tub (yes, we will have toilet paper)
kitchen and dining room are open-concept, great for entertaining. the dining room seats eight. kitchen has everything you would need. if not, you can buy it and we will reimburse you.
second bedroom has a twin bed and would sleep only one
small patio (it's really small) off the kitchen/dining room--good for smoking outside, or maybe a summer bbq
NO air conditioning (hasn't needed it yet)

Pricing will depend upon the season. Winter is cheaper than the summer and peak travel periods. But, depending on your needs, we can work something out.
A small deposit is required which will be returned as soon as the maid informs us that everything is fine.
