Ground floor: suite with a double bed with fireplace, 1 bathroom and a reception to greet guests. Ground floor: the suite can be accessed directly from the garden where windows face its beautifully kept lawns. This room has an antique fireplace, made of wooden beams and cooked clay where one can sit on the lounge chairs to enjoy the roaring fire over the cold winter months. The room has a king size bed and its own bathroom with shower. First floor: there is a lovely room has a large king size four poster bed in wrought iron. The ceiling is suspended by wooden beams with windows that look out to the beautifully kept lawns and surrounding fields. The room has cable T.V and large bathroom with shower.
Another double room with a king size wrought iron bed and two large windows that have a wonderful view of the garden to one side and of the valley on the other. Antique terracotta floors and ceilings give this room its period charm.
Third bedroom which has two single wrought iron beds with antique local weaved bedspreads and a window that faces the wonderful view of the valley below.

Beautiful formal lounge and dining room facing the large fireplace crafted in stone and wooden beams. The residence is tastefully decorated, from the paintings and furniture of its period, to the hand weaved linen covering the beds. The main double room has an en-suite and a canopy bed. The other double room has a splendid view of the swimming pool whilst the third room with the two wrought iron single beds has a balcony style window that overlooks the sun setting in the valley below. A bathroom with bath/shower services the other two rooms. A country style kitchen with dining area is equipped with all the mod cons including a wooden fireplace to use during the cold winter months.

Villa San Venanzo has a lovely restaurant which stands completely separate from the residential villa, terraced above the pool.
During the summer months, one may dine outside under the covered patio and enjoy the sunset into the undulating valley before you. At night the illuminated pool and garden is a wonderfully peaceful place to relax and enjoy a night cap.
During the cold months the welcoming warmth of the dining area perfectly sets the scene for a romantic evening.
Our Chef will delight you with culinary specialties of various Italian regions with a choice of seasonal fish, seafood, meat or game.
