Overall Property Description:
Casa Luciana is one of our most advisable properties for families with children who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in the Tuscan countryside. In the large, well groomed garden there is a conveniently furnished pergola with a wood oven and barbeque which make it the perfect setting for nice al fresco dinners. At the back of the house there is a large patio overlooking the property’s swimming pool area, which is completely fenced and therefore is also ideal for children’s safety. The pool is surrounded by trees and lawns and, in a shady position, there is a table tennis. The interior of the house has been furnished in a very comfortable way and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the basement a sauna and steam bath have been installed for the guests to relax. The helpful owners are available for any assistance and suggestions. During low season it is also possible to rent only a part of the house, accommodating up to 6 guests.

Refundable Security deposit € 500,00
If the villa features a phone, a deposit of 250 euros for outgoing calls will be always due at check-in (cash); the amount will be entirely refunded in case the phone is not used.
Rental prices include linen (changed weekly), final cleaning, electricity and how water.
Heating is charged extra according to usage.
Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Swimming-pools are generally open from 27 May to 30 Sept. Different dates have to be arranged with the owners.
