At the heart of the room is a mini entertainment system consisting of a large wall mounted television, DVD player and large speakers providing surround sound for guests.
Next to the living area lies the dining room. A sloping glassed roof bathes the room in natural light throughout the day. There is a piano, mini stereo with speakers and sliding patio doors that provide access to and views of the garden.
The garden is a reasonable size for a house in London and is completely private. The area is decked and offers garden furniture and a BBQ - perfect for alfresco dining during the summer months or even just a morning coffee.
Conveniently the kitchen is situated next to the dining room and what a great kitchen it is! It's a decent size with a large window ensuring it is light and airy and offers views of the garden. It is incredibly modern and the owners clear love and passion for cooking is clear to see with the amenities on offer. There is a two tiered double oven, large American style fridge/freezer, deep fat fryer, modern hob and even a wine chiller. Finished to a high specification guests should want for nothing!
Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. First on your left is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a double wardrobe with a mirrored frontage. There is another large, wall mounted flat screen television, bedside tables and dressing table. The en-suite, like the rest of the property, is finished to a high standard and provides a walk in waterfall shower, heated towel rail, large basin and a toilet.
The second bedroom is a double and provides guests with a third television and a PS3 for the children or young at heart to enjoy! A single wardrobe is again mirrored, a desk and plenty of shelves for extra storage. From this bedroom, there are views of the garden.
The third and final bedroom is a large single room and offers a huge fitted wardrobe and bedside table. Upon request, we can provide a further single mattress to sleep up to 6 guests in total. Across the hallway from here is the family bathroom boasting another waterfall shower, bath, his and hers matching basins, heated towel rail and a toilet.

The beauty of Camden lies in its extremes; you'll be hard pushed to find anywhere in London which, in turn, is quite as grand or as grungy! It is great for families. By Camden Town underground station you'll find Mohawks, mezze and macchiatos in equal measure. The Stables Market has everything on offer from indie casual-wear and gothic designs to pretty floral dresses. Less than a 5 minute walk from the mayhem of the Stables and you'll find serenity on Primrose Hill road, with up-market cafÃƒÂ©s, interior design and cake shops.
At the top of the road is Primrose Hill itself with, arguably, the best views of London from its summit. Parkway, which is about a 10 minute walk from the flat, is another great street to explore with a couple of Michelin-starred restaurants, an organic health-food store and a jazz cafÃƒÂ©.
The house is located well to explore the neighbourhood and further afield. The closest transport links are Camden Road Overground, a 10 minute walk or Camden Town tube, a 15 minute walk. A great transport option is the nearby (2 minute walk) bus stop with direct links to Tottenham Court Road/Oxford Street and Trafalgar Square (in 10-15 minutes), Euston/Kings Cross St Pancras (in 10-15 minutes) and Camden Town proper (in 5 minutes if you don't want to walk). Just 1 stop away on the Northern Line is Kings Cross St Pancras for further London connections as well as the Eurostar.
Area Description: "Bordering Regent's Park, Camden Town in northwest London is best known for its market and perhaps more recently the late great Amy Winehouse.
It became an important location during the early development of the railways and is located on the London canal network. In 1816, the Regent's Canal was built through the area creating a lock around which Camden Lock Village was developed. Today it is home to the internationally renowned Camden Market where you are sure to find something for the whole family.
