This superb villa is situated on Marbella's Golden Mile between the two world famous hotels Puente Romano and the Marbella Club, making it the most exclusive spot on the Costa del Sol. Ground Floor
The villa has a large entrance hall that leads into a stunning sitting room which features a lovely Moroccan fireplace. The dining room seats twelve and has doors that open out onto an exterior Barbecue and dining area.
The large master bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom with sunken bathtub, separate shower, and a dressing room. There is an office/study next to the master bedroom with facilities such as a fax machine and library.

There are two large suites that open out onto the porch which runs along the facade of the property. In addition there are three smaller bedrooms, each beautifully appointed, one of which has an ensuite, the other two share a very nice bathroom. The large industrial kitchen has a separate laundry room and dining room for the staff. There are separate staff quarters with three bedrooms and a sitting room.

First Floor
A large TV and video room is located next to the 4th double suite. The garden, which is on two levels, features a sprawling lawn with immaculately groomed plants.
