Beautiful stone farmhouse quietly situated on a large 100-hectare estate with woods and deer breading. This villa has been recently renewed and turned into a charming independent property offering nicely furnished interiors that allow to enjoy a pleasant combination of old charm and contemporary design.
The house is set along gentle slopes overlooking the Chiascio river valley and enjoys beautiful and extensive views over the surrounding landscape. This estate offers 3 small lakes, beautiful vineyards, a 40-hectare wood and truffle growing as well.
Caibianchi is on two levels each leading outside to the garden surrounding the house. The guests can enjoy use of an indoor swimming-pool (heated on request) overlooking the garden. A small gym with a tapis-roulant, a bike and gym equipment is also available.
The villa provides all modern comforts and thanks to its peaceful location, it also guarantees a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road
Distances: Gubbio with all kinds of shops 12 km away, Perugia approx. 40 km, Assisi approx. 60 km. An excellent restaurant is about 5 km from the property away.
At guests' disposal: beautiful large furnished garden, barbecue, indoor private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – maximum depth 1,4 m - open all year round) with small gym, shadowed patios furnished for al-fresco dining, 4 mountain bikes and 2 bikes for children, inflatable swimming-pool for children (4 x 2 m – maximum depth 50 cm), a canoe. Wireless internet connection available, fax and telephone available for free calls (in Italy, Europe, USA and Canada). Parking within the grounds.
Extra services to be paid on site: baby-sitting service € 15,- per hour. Cook service available by arrangement. Possibility of organising cooking and ceramic classes, massages.
Extra services included in the rental price: a free selection of nice local products. In high-season (from June 28th to Aug. 30th) maid service (3 times a week, 4 hours a day) and linen change once a week are provided.
