The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa consits of a large lounge with TV and with double sofabed and dining area,with venetian windows leading to the garden, patio and the shared swimming pool, with spectacular views out to sea. Kitchen area with doors leading to back patio with built in barbeque,outside sink and shower for after beach.There is a washing machine in a small laundry room. The master double bedroom has venetian windows leading to the patio and bathroom with all commodities. The second bedroom has venetian windows leading to the veranda and garden and the pool. The second bedroom can be also spilt into two smal beds. There is also two verandas with the spactacular view to the sea and a table and chairs to eating "al fresco" and also a private parking space.

In the village you will find shops,bars,restaurants and swimming pools, plus facilities for water sports and trips by bost to various local beaches. A short drive along the coast takes you to the picturesque town of Santa Teresa di Gallura,where you can take boat trips to the nearby island including Corsica. You will also find excellent local fresh fish restaurants and close by Capo Testa is worth a visit for the spectacular landscape.
Situated on the eastern side of the north coast with easy access of both east and north coast,which are full of white sandy beaches,crystal clear sea,hidden bays and coves and much more to be discovered,you will find local selling freshly grown fruit and vegetables, local cheeses,wine and fresh fish along the coast road.There are many local festivals and all are invited, the Sardinians are known for their warm hospitality.

There is a 200 sqm of garden in the front of the house and on the back. Has a nice patio with barbecue where you van grilled you fish or meat also there is a outside shower with hot/could water. In front of the house there are 2 verandas with spectacular sea view. To sitting eating and enjoying the lovely sunset during eating "al fresco". The share poll is is available from end of may to the and of september.The villetta is positioned on the hills inside the spectacular village of Costa Paradiso. There is planty room in the living room and in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

The villa is 2Km or 5 minutes from the sea and a short walk along the shore takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches along the entire coast. The beach is small but truly beautiful, completely wild, hidden in a cove backed by a little river winding back into the rocky hills, and with a crescent of soft sand. I'd really recommend getting a snorkel and a mask as there are loads of fish to check out, and once we even saw a huge yellow jellyfish-type thing about 20 m away underwater, that's how clear it is. If you would rather swim directly off the fabulously scenic rocks along the coast, there are plenty of little coves easily accessible to snorkel off. If you want a giant beach then drive a half-hour along the coast road (either direction), or for shopping and wandering in the old town, Castelsardo is very nice as a daytrip. Inland you should see some of the many nuraghic ruins - weird and atmospheric. In the village you will find shops, bars, restaurants and swimming pools, plus facilities for water sports and trips by bost to various local beaches. Costa Paradiso: Few places turn out to be paradise - but this huge natural park extending to over 2000 acres comes very close!
The coastline is a rocky one with many of the cliffs and rocks shaped by the pounding of the sea and wind over thousands of years... the imagination can go wild visualising the rock formations, which often resemble faces, minimal shapes and even gargoyles produced by nature. The pink granite rocks take even a rosier glow during the magnificent sunsets over the sea.

The property is inside the village of Costa Paradiso (north Sardinia).

The airports of Olbia/Alghero are at 90 km (about 1 hour and half by car). The nearest town is Trinita D'Agultu at 15 km (half an hour by car).

At 500 meters from the house there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and all kind of services and sports are available in the village.
