Steps from the ocean and nestled among tropical foliage, your Kona condo awaits.
The 635-square-foot condo is on the ground floor with a nice, though not panoramic, view of the ocean from the lanai and the living room. The Alii Villas complex fronts onto a lava rock beach and several sandy beaches are within walking distance, but you may choose to stay on site and enjoy the beautiful (heated) pool, also with an ocean view.
You will be close enough (1 mile) to Kailua Town to take advantage of its many shops and restaurants, but far enough away to escape the noise and the crowds. Alli Villas is a quiet complex with a high percentage of permanent residents.
A trolley goes up and down Alii Drive and we will provide a schedule for that, and also for cross-island buses. However, we recommend renting a car as many of Kona’s attractions (beautiful beaches, snorkeling spots) are best reached by car. Also, you’ll save the substantial cost of a taxi from and to the airport. Your designated parking space is just outside the unit.
The condo has a queen bed in the bedroom and a smallish daybed, which can be made up with a futon for a child or small adult, in the living room. A portable playpen is available for mini travelers. All linens are provided, as are towels, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs and coolers. The full kitchen has everything you will need to cook meals, making restaurants optional.
Internet access, cable TV, washer and dryer, and even a bicycle for popping into town will help you make the most of your time in Kona.
Our notebook of instructions, directions and recommendations has been compared to a guidebook, so it’s likely you’ll have no need to call or see us. But if the unexpected happens, we are only a phone call and 10 minutes away.
13.5 percent Hawaii tax plus a $75 one-time cleaning fee are in addition to the quoted daily room charge, but will be included in the total shown.
