TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:
? If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.
? The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.
? You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.
ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:
? The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.
? We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.
? Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.
RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.
The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

Condo was extremely clean, well stocked with all kitchen needs, many towels, new appliances, and extras. Very comfortable beds. We will certainly make this our home in all of our future trips to Punta Cana. The full time residents were very friendly as well.

Kitchen was well equipped with all the tools that we needed for making our meals. BBQ worked well although the propane valve on/off switch was a bit wonky. The condo was very clean but it would have been nice if some cleaning supplies beside dish soap had been left. The complex is only 28 units so it was never noisy even when there were kids around the pool. Nice air flow through the condo on most days so we only ran the air conditioning in the bedroom at night. Our hydro bill for 2 weeks was $60US which we thought was reasonable. Great location as it?s close to the beach, restaurants and a bit of shopping. Really there were only 2 things that we didn?t like about condo and those were the stairs to the rooftop patio and the signs telling us not to flush toilet paper. The stairs are sort of circular but not really. In our opinion, they would never meet building code in North America and were a bit of a safety issue. Not being able to flush toilet paper is just gross. And it was particularly annoying because none of the other renters we spoke to in the complex had been told that -- so why just this one unit? Go Punta Cana were great to deal with and I would definitely book with them again if returning to Punta Cana. Very professional and prompt in getting back to us during booking and during our stay.
Reviewed by: Michael B. recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2016 This was our second stay at this complex, but our first in this unit. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. Great view of the pool. Nice roof deck, but we barely went up there given how nice the unit was. Plenty of room, quiet complex not too far from the beach. The gym is a little out of repair, so if you are into that you might seek a place off premises. Also this unit is near the trash area and are times we heard people in the morning riffling through the trash bins from the master bedroom, but was not a big deal. There were plenty of towels, a second set of sheets so we felt our needs for the week were well covered. The kitchen was decently equipped which allowed for some cooking while in the unit. We used care with the AC and electric and ended up only using $32 for the week. The real estate company was very efficient and timely. We for sure would stay again.

Stayed for 7 days in January, 2016 The apartment that we rented was extremely comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen and a private roof top terrace with the barbecue attached to the mains gas supply. The bed was lovely and had a memory foam mattress. There were two good sized bedrooms, one with super king sized bed and the other with two doubles. Our apartment overlooked the pool.It's location on the third floor was good for us but could be a problem for people with mobility issues. There is no lift.To get hot water you need to remember to switch it on! And electricity is an extra charge. Rooms have both air condition and fans.The location of the condominium is just a five minute stroll to the lovely beach. And there are an interesting range of shops and restaurant again between five and fifteen minutes walk away. Do try Delice Francais, a delightful patisserie. The restaurants Citrus and Onnno's are also worth a visit.The management company, Punta Cana real estate were excellent. Very efficient and informative. Top marks.To summarise, a great place for a holiday and to experience the welcome from the friendly Dominical people.

Although it is not beach front, in less than 10 minutes you are in the heart of it all (beach, shops, restaurants, main street). And this is preferable because the area is more calm and home-like. Everyone at Punta Cana real State agency is so nice and helpful. The apartment has a great plus, because it is on the last floor and it has a wonderful terrace and grill area, which other apartments don't have. The kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms really nice. Everything you need for a great time of relax, sun, and fun. Definitely will be back again.

The bathroom sink and shower faucets could use updating. We understand why the rust/corrosion on the bathroom. Other than that and overall, I can say we had a lovely visit to Punta Cana. One more thing. The only thing we didn't like about PC was all the garbage that we saw strewn about in every vacant piece of property and the streets. Put people to work on that throughout your home place and the tourists will have another nice thing to say. Thanks!
