TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:
? The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.
? We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.
? Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

A guest from Sherwood Park, Alberta recommends this property. Stayed for 11 days in June, 2016 Place was very clean. Everything you need was there. Great location not to far from beach, 5 min walk. Couple markets about 6-7min walk with restaurants in the area.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Couple disappointsments--don't lose a key. $15 US they charge for a $2 key. That's an outrageous mark up!!!-check out is 10 am when most places are noon.They charge another outrageous price to stay longer $30 for an hour and $55 for 2 hours!! ( when the place is only $78 a night)-they have a phone nut can't use it for really anything. Can NOT call 1-800 #'s or hotels in area or really anyone from it About the area. Restaurant . Carefull what you order. They charge 18% tax then charge you 15% for tip then still expect you to tip on top of that. (We had a $60 meal. Cost us over $90)We ended up cooking most of our own meals!!-all inclusive day passes. Can't call about them from phone. Doesn't work.Place we went wanted $45 day 8am-6pm or night pass 6pm-2am for $55 per person. Heard that's the cheapest u can get. So we booked an ocer night for $72 person. Way better deal

One of the main reasons for a 10AM check out is so our housekeeping staff has plenty of time to clean and prepare the unit for the next guest arriving at 4PM. $15 for lost key is to deter guests from losing keys. We do manage 50+ units and if guests are careless you can imagine the amount of times we would have to go make those $2 keys. The $15 is to change the cylinder of the lock and new keys that need to be made. We do incur additional costs of time and transportation to get the new cylinder installed and new keys made. Information on late check out fees as well as the lost key charges are included in the rental agreement prior to your arrival, so this should not be a disappointment or surprise to anyone. The phone in the unit is for local land line calls only. Toll free numbers don't work from here from any type of phone - blocked or unblocked. We must block the phones in order to avoid long distance calling. The phone is primarily to call local restaurants, taxi, our office and for emergencies (hospital, police, fire department). Prior to arrival you are informed that you must have your own phone to make the type of calls outside of the ones possible with our land line. The sales tax in the area is 18% plus 10% gratuity included for a total of 28%. In my many travels to Florida, sales tax is 7% and typical gratuity is between 15-20% so that is a total between 22-27%. So it turns out to be about the same amount as you are charged here. Pool was perfect and beach was just a short, safe walk. We walked about 5 miles each day on the beach - lovely sand, warm water. Try eating at Pastrata, a Mexican restaraunt just around the corner. Wonderful food! Also find Onno's, on the beach - great food and happy hour!It would have been nice to know ahead that cooler size bottles of water are available right at the condo gate for 45 pesos, if you carry up yourself. We had taxi take us to the big grocery store prior to arrival, but next time we may just shop nearby. Prices were not much different - it was just a convenience to not have to haul food from the store, but it could be done. Punta Cana Real Estate did a great job of customer service. We had a couple outlets go out and they were fixed right away. Also the internet connection was very good! We had a great time!

From the reservation process throughout the stay we had a blast and it was only possible because we were all able to stay in one place and this place provided the best experience I?ve have with my family in years! We were 7 adults and I child and we had plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat and relax either on the balcony or by one of the 2 pools.Communications with Go Punta Cana is excellent and when we arrived, everything was as they had told us via email and on the next day Anny came to meet us with a big smile on her face for the check in. She provided us with valuable information about the Dominican Republic, places to go, eat or just to have fun on the beach. Thank you!The apartment is spacious with really good beds and beautiful showers. You do have to remember to turn the water heater on though, which was not an issue for us. We stayed in July and during the day the temperature was very nice and comfortable and we only needed the AC on at night. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed for the awesome home cooked meals my sisters prepared. Internet is provided and the living room balcony we found to have the best reception. We rented a vehicle which allowed us to go everywhere, restaurants, awesome beaches, shopping, including Santo Doming but if driving is not your thing the beach is a short walk!Overall, everyone from our group loved the place and the location.

The 2 bedrooms, 2 baths condo was very cozy and felt let a home away from home. The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures posted on the website. The condo was close in proximity to everything in town. My family and I visited a couple places in town and nearby cities. The condo had EVERYTHING you may need from the comforts of your own home (pots and pans, wash towels, beach towels, washer and dryer, and etc.). Carla and Anny were very helpful through the whole process of booking and exiting the condo; they also offered additional assistance if needed. We would highly recommend staying at this condo again because we really enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed for 4 days in May, 2015 In a few words "Absolutely Amazing"More detailed: We rented this property from 05/11-05/15/2015, and the condo was exactly as described online. The complex is located in a quiet tucked in area away from main traffic road noise or other crowded resorts, but a convenient short 10min walking distance to the beautiful Bavaro beach, surrounding restaurants, & shopping places. The property grounds are maintained daily including both beautiful pools, & friendly security staff is on duty 24/7. Although the weather was sunny & hot during the day, we stayed cool inside without using any A/C by turning on the ceiling fans in every room, & leaving both sliding doors leading to both balconies opened in order to enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze brought in by the surrounding palm trees.Go Punta Cana Real Estate staff is very professional, friendly, timely with all communication, & kept us informed from the day we inquired about this property until the day we return.Thank you Scott, Carla, Blanka, & the entire team for making this one of our most memorable vacation trips yet!
A guest from Boynton Beach, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2015 Overall we had a fantastic vacation. The good: the unit we stayed in was clean and adequately equipt. The location was great for us. Walk to the beach, restaurants, bars. $35 cab ride from the airport. Felt safe in the area walking around even at night. The not so good: the living room furniture is limited and beat. Not that you spend much time in doors while here but on those nights we wanted to chill out and watch a little tv before bed we had to all sit lined up on the couch like we were riding the bus. It's such a large living room different furniture would suit it much better (especially if it supposedly sleeps 8). Curtains would be good.... Especially on the windows directly in front of the toilet at eye level when you sit down. Lastly the internet connection was awful/non existent (for those of us who HAD to attempt to stay connected with work) Admittedly, we had some things that weren't working during our stay (toilet/safe etc). But those can be fixed....Overall the property was nice - just wish it was a bit more cozy.

Didn't need to use AC as there was a very nice breeze coming through,easy walk to beach via Playa Dona Matilde and to shops, restaurants, groceries.. two pools with very good maintenance..however, not enough lounge chairs- only 6 per pool in 8 building complex. Favourite restaurant: Citrus, amazing tasty menu!

The Condo was in an excellent location. It had great security. And the amenities and decor were just as the pictures showed. Everything was so relaxing and we would never go to an all- inclusive again when coming to Punta Cana. The manager Anny was also great. She gave us all the info we needed about the area. Anny the property manager set everything up, explained everything and was only a call away if we needed her. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The grounds were so well kept and all security staff were friendly and helpful. We had such a relaxing vacation. Everyone we met in the complex were so nice. We found a couple of wonderful restaurants within walking distance but couldn't wait to get back to our beautiful apartment. I would recommend this rental to everyone and I can't wait to go back!

We had to ask help from street. Streetpeople where frendly. At all, location was ok, safety ok. For familys with children 3-5 years was pool too deep. Climat in little sleeproom was to noisy for nighttime. Wifi was ok in morning, put evening too slow. Apartment very very ok. Privat barbeque stove on balcony was nice.Best apartment where we are stayd. And Anny was friendly and nice, thanks.

The appartment had a living room and a kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Everything was very clean and tidy and the apartment was nicely decorated. We also stayed at the pool a few times and the pool area was also very tidy and the surrounding gardening etc well maintained. The property was very close to the beach (just a stroll away) and restaurants and we felt safe to walk around the property since it was close to the main street. The guards at the gate were very friendly and helped us to get a taxi when we needed it. The air conditioning worked well - we turned it off for the days and turned it on only when we went to sleep and the temperature went down almost immediately, so it was very effective. We did have some problems with finding an optimal degree for the ac and some nights it got a bit too chilly so that we had to turn the ac off during the night and some nights it got too warm. This was, however, the only minor problem we had with the apartment. All in all we were extremely satisfied with the apartment and we highly recommend it to all people visiting Punta Cana!!
