San Frustino is a small country place with two farmhouses and an hay-loft recently restored, a wide olive-grove garden and a nice swimming-pool; in addition to use it as their residence the owners would like to offer it to the guests.

Beginning linen and kitchenware included

There is the possibility to rent a room or a small apartment in order to have some days off or to use it as wonderful trips starting point.
In fact the great geographic position in center of Tuscany allows to have nice trips to some of the finest italian places ( i.e. Roma, Firenze, Siena, Arezzo …..), to the sea, to the mountain or to organise wine and gastronomical tasting tours in Chianti.
In the property there are 2 friendly dogs.

On arrival balance and refundable security deposit (100 euro cash per apt) before collecting keys.
The prices are weekly, and include a first set of bed linen/towels. The customer has to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
All of our properties are designated "No Smoking" inside.
The apartaments are available all year long.
Not included: heating (only in winter).
On arrival the customer will have to subscribe our holiday rentals terms and conditions.
