Overall Property Description:
Le Lagore is a lovely farmhouse situated in a beautiful position with glorious views onto the Gulf of Levanto. The area is a beautiful one and adjoins the “Cinque Terre”, well known for its wines and 5 small fishing villages (until recently only accessible by boat). This peaceful farmhouse has been totally restored and furnished in a very attractive way by the owner, an architect, who has put all his efforts in respecting the character of the original farmhouse, yet equipping it with modern facilities. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. A particular feature of this house is the large sunny terrace, leading from the sitting room, furnished for eating outside while enjoying fantastic views over the sea. The sandy beach of Levanto is only 1 km away. At the beach there is the possibility of hiring beach cabins and also of boat hire.

Refundable Security deposit € 500,00
If the villa features a phone, a deposit of 250 euros for outgoing calls will be always due at check-in (cash); the amount will be entirely refunded in case the phone is not used.
Rental prices include linen (changed weekly), final cleaning, electricity and how water.
Heating is charged extra according to usage.
Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Swimming-pools are generally open from 27 May to 30 Sept. Different dates have to be arranged with the owners.
