Set atop a ridge overlooking the sea, this amazing property has lots of choices and features to suit all, and plenty of room for nearly 20 people. There are four Thai style structures meandering along the ridge just down from the breathtaking 32 meter infinity pool. Dark teak wood paths create a sense of continuity as they frame the pool and meander down to the beach and between the villas. Take the hidden one down and find yourself on a mystical journey where the water wall on one side lulls your senses, the sea on the other side comforts your soul, and the beach in front of you beckons you to sit amongst the ancient Banyan trees who have made their home in the secluded sand.
Drag your eyes away from the magical and humbling view of the sea, only to be struck by the details that make this property worthy of Shangri-La status. Buddha statues mix with museum quality relics, carvings, sculptures, and framed art everywhere you look. The entire grounds, inside and out, are immaculately landscaped and decorated for the most discerning of tastes.
You can book any number of rooms in the house, and the rates will reflect how many rooms you book. Please enquire to find out the rates of individual rooms in the villa.

"Regardless of how many rooms you book in the resort, there will be no other guests at the same time"
The Clubhouse is the center gathering spot where most of your social activity will take place. An expansive, open air lounge area sits directly behind a wall of windows looking out at the pool and view beyond. A large sisal rug gives an earthy feel to the space, and massive metal lamps float above like surreal balloons from a towering wood and window expanse. The round formal dining table seats ten and includes a large lazy Susan. Take the stairs up from there to the largest of the lounge areas on the property. Glass railings allow for unhindered views up and down from this loft type area.
A massive, wrap-around resting couch takes up half of the substantially sized room, and could easily accommodate five adults and a few children for an afternoon nap. Walls of windows and a walk out balcony keep the ocean view in sight, and a pool table takes up the other side of the room for some competitive play. Go downstairs to a virtual spa area complete with workout room, wet and dry saunas, and a massage room. The lowest level has a state of the art 12 seat cinema, complete with an entry hall filled with movie posters and plenty of bathrooms. Popcorn and ice cream can even be made on the spot.
The Master Villa Bedroom hardly seems accurate when describing the available places of slumber in the Master Villa. The largest, and best of all is the Grand Master Suite. This room will inspire your romantic inclinations with its “straight out of an exotic fairytale” canopy bed and luxury design. Ambiance change has never been easier than the remote control built into the headboard. An ensuite bathroom fit for any king complete with a full size Jacuzzi set in the middle of a wall of windows, or partake in the thrill of an outside shower with an unprecedented view if you choose. Breathtaking views, from inside or out on the ample deck are aplenty. There is a couch and large television. If the entire property weren’t so incredible, you would never want to leave this room!
The Master Villa also contains a lounge area, two more large suites and a teenager, or nanny suite with two double beds. All bedrooms have indulgent en suite bathrooms and are done with the impeccable taste and attention to detail that is consistent with Samui Riviera Villa. One of the bedrooms is even wheelchair accessible.
Villa A is set just down the hill and has two more fantastic master suites, both with spacious en suite bathrooms, 4 poster king beds, walls of windows to take in the amazing vistas, and cool patios to catch the ocean breezes. The upper deck suite features an over sized tub and the lower deck suite has a rain shower.
Villa B is the villa closest to the sea and most intimate. It’s the perfect choice for a family of four with its spacious master suite and adjoining children’s room. The ensuite bathroom has a large tub and a hand shower. An ancient Banyan tree provides a cool, quiet retreat. A short walk down to the beach provides childlike adventure opportunities with plentiful tide pools explorations.
Located on the northernmost coast of Ko Samui in the Baan Tai area, Villa Riva enjoys the best unspoiled vistas of neighboring Ko Phanang and Ang Thong Marine Park. Activities such as golf, diving, kite surfing, elephant trekking, shopping and numerous dining options are always close by and can be arranged by the concierge. Chaweng, the island’s largest and most vibrant city, is about a half an hour away. The same half hour will easily get you to the airport and the Big Buddha.
Kitchen. There are two complete kitchens on site, and one sala-style outdoor BBQ area. There is a large catering kitchen, just off the wedding deck on the beach, that any chef would feel at home in. Stainless steel and high end equipment surround this spacious kitchen, allowing many hands to work their magic for your dream wedding or any event you may want. Inside the club house there is the equally impressive kitchen. At first glance you will see a large, oblong island with a deep sink and spray hose facet on one side, and a four- burner, built in stove on the other. Towering white panels, frame ovens, a cappuccino machine, the ample fridge and an all stainless “secret kitchen”, again fit for a chef. The outdoor sala is right off the pool and is made up of a counter top with sink and large BBQ grill. There is also a powerful ceiling fan to add extra breeze for your cooking endeavors.
