odern and robustly constructed, this is the height of luxury in the Bangtao area of Phuket. The large pool set in lawned gardens with tropical trees, is the centrepiece of the property with plenty of room for the sun-worshippers on the terraces. Inside is light and airy due to the décor and the large patio doors that can be fully opened to fill the house with breezes from the Andaman Sea. A modern kitchen, dining area, lounge, and two luxurious bedrooms all combine to offer the highest standard of accommodation. Upstairs there is a roof terrace, covered by a pitched roof under which you can not only enjoy a special meal around the dining set, but also fantastic views beginning with mountainous jungle behind.
Set in Bangtao on the upper reaches of Phuket’s sunset coast, this location brings together tranquillity with convenience. Within the complex itself, there is a superb restaurant, and a first-class spa where you can pamper your every need. A short distance from the main gate takes you to a Tesco shopping complex, where in addition to the supermarket there are a McDonalds, pizza shop, and a Boots pharmacy. For golfers the Laguna Phuket with its 18-hole course is also in this area, but possibly the main attractions are the long stretches of white sands of Bangtao and Surin beaches, just a short drive away.
Bedrooms. The two double bedrooms are extremely well appointed and both have direct access poolside. Waking up in the tropics with a pool within easy reach of the bed is what a villa holiday in paradise is all about. They both have a choice of fans or air-conditioning, and have attractive wooden floors for a great feel underfoot.
Bathrooms. Both bathrooms are ensuite with their relative bedrooms and come complete with showers, wash hand basins and toilets. One bathroom also has the added benefit of a full sized bathtub.
Dining Room. The dining area has a modern wooden oblong table with six matching chairs for the formal dining, and there is a further dining set on the roof terrace under a large garden sala where you can take meals with a 360-degree view of Phuket’s magnificent scenery.
Kitchen. The Western-style kitchen has all the facilities for rusting up your favourite tropical meals. There is a large fridge/freezer, an oven, stovetops for the most adventurous of cooks, and good light from the windows around where you can gaze into the garden during the washing-up.
Living Rooms. The sleek and modern living area has a three-piece wicker suite with matching glass-topped coffee table where you can sit and relax in total comfort whilst watching the flat screen TV with its international channels, or simply savour the feeling of being in paradise. Throw open the large patio doors to bring the outdoors in, with its associated tropical breezes, and offer thanks for this moment of glory.
