The ski-in/ski-out feature was worth the money. Only complaint is that our two voice mail messages into the management company during our stay were not returned. We tried to get the code for garage before a heavy snowfall, but the call was never returned. We called again the next day and finally got the code.

There private hot tub did not work at the time but that was okay because we didn't really have time to use it. It was comfortable and we loved it being like a home. It was a little far to stay from west Yellowstone. It took about an hour from the vacation home to get to the gate of West Yellowstone, so the extra two hours of driving every day was hard on the kids. Overall though, it was a great place to stay.

Big Sky likewise was very easily accessible.The unit itself was clean and came with plenty of extra blankets, humidifiers, A-V equipment and all the comforts of home. We could not have been happier with our stay.This was our first trip to the Big Sky area and based on our experience we will return. It was a lovely, easy drive from the airport in Bozeman and both Black Diamond and the owner provided plenty of helpful hints about how to make the most of our trip.Easy, fun and worth it. Thank you very, very much for such a great week.

Master upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the the lower level gave me and my wife privacy while the teenage boys had all the space and amenities.(X box 1, ext) jacuzzi located in the central floor balcony was perfect. Ski in and out with ease and the view was awesome- best Sking in America, wife loved the Spa at the Lodge. Friendly staff. A blessing to be fortunate enough to enjoy the experience.
