Easter 2016 Amy W. from Okolona, MS recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in March, 2016 The home was clean and restored meticulously. The upholstered furniture and wall decor was not up to par with the elegance of the restoration. There was not a gift basket that is usually left for a weekend rental.A little time and very little money could be spent to make the property absolutely perfect. Perhaps arrangements could be made for using the empty parking lot next door as parking was tedious at times. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the courtyard, and the history of the home. The location was wonderful.
Weekend Getaway in Savannah Elizabeth M. from Ponte Vedra, FL recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in October, 2015 My friends and I rented this property for a weekend getaway in Savannah. While in suited our needs in that it had a lot of space, I would not agree that the property properly sleeps 8 people. The listing states there are 2 queen size beds but one of the beds is actually a full size bed which is difficult for 2 adults to sleep in comfortably. And to accommodate the other 4 people you either have to pay extra to rent air mattresses or supply your own. Our only other complaint was that the house (specifically the stairwell leading to the second floor) smelled like urine during our entire stay. The smell was stronger in the morning but it lingered throughout the duration of our stay. Fortunately we weren't in the house much as we were out venturing around Savannah. The location of this place is great.
70th Birthday Weekend Virginia D. from Malabar, FL recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in April, 2015 Property was located perfectly off the beaten path, quiet, conveniently located to all destinations. The apartment is charming and beautiful, but there were discrepancies in the furnishings shown on the website. We were overall happy with our stay, but the furniture was not as comfortable as we expected, so our down time was primarily spent around the dining room table. There were also too many signs displayed unnecessarily about the house. After the 2nd day, they did get annoying. Some included notes w/additional fees if you do so and so, with the whatever amount?? I do understand someone does own the home, but I think this is a bit overboard. The outdoor patio furniture was unusable, nothing like picture shown. A nice touch was the complimentary coffee, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner and soap. A representative of the management company happened to be in the area and was nice enough to walk through the home and listen to our comments. I understand they met with the owner of the property, and hope our concerns were taken into consideration. The bottom line to all this is - the house is very clean, pleasant, wonderful kitchen, big rooms. It would be great to have a tv in the living area. Tv's were in both bedrooms upstairs, however. We would consider staying once again, now that we know exactly what to expect. We all loved Savannah!!
Family wedding weekend Judith P. from Lutherville, MD recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in March, 2015 We had a great time in Savannah. The location was very good for my multi-generational family. My granddaughter enjoyed the park and we were near to the wedding festivities.

Stayed for 28 days in February, 2015 This charming two hundred year old home suited our needs perfectly. Jones street is the perfect location, if you're interested in walking to restaurants and the down town area. We stayed for a month and loved it.
Great location and charming feel Rob K. from Austin, TX recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in December, 2014 This was a great location for our stay. The house seemed larger than the photos. The manager provides good tips and prepared us well for our visit. We did a fair amount of shopping which was all walking distance. Appreciated the charm of the house and extra space versus a hotel room(s).
Great Savannah Rental A guest from Wichita, KS recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in May, 2014 We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bonard House. The location was great and the gated courtyard behind the property was perfect for our bicycles. The property is well maintained and clean.
Awesome stay-Few suggestions Julie G. from Streamwood, IL recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in May, 2014 This is a beautiful property, conveniently located, nicely stocked, comfortable accomodations but I do have a couple of items to note:1. If there was a grill in the back yard I wasn't able to located it. 2. There's a high rise behind the property that produces a constant hum from the equipment. It's annoying yes but if someone is sensative to sound it can be quite distracting.3. There is a tenant on the lower floor so the house isn't very private.I'd definitely rent from Savannah Dream Vacations again, the are a top notch managment company. You'd be hard pressed to find a more professional group to deal with.

5 days in Savannah Martha M. from W Mukilteo, WA recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in March, 2014 6 adults stayed at Bonard house for 5 days Had a very nice stay, plenty of room for all of us The location was an easy walk to downtown and we were able to leave the car parked for most of our stay. This was the first visit to Savannah for all of us and we had such a great time.
Absolutely LOVED it! Heather B. from Prince Frederick, MD recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in March, 2014 When attempting to find a rental for St. Patrick's Day, I ran across this Rental company and I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around! Everyone in the office was amazing and super helpful. Any questions I had, they were more than willing to answer and returned emails and phone calls promptly! After arriving at the property, I realized exactly how charming it really was. It is decorated with antique furniture, but still has a modernish feel to it. My friends and I quickly went about making ourselves at home. The back deck was perfect for sitting on in the mornings and enjoying a cup of coffee while making plans for the rest of the day. The kitchen was more than sufficient and between the deck and the kitchen, most of us barely saw the rest of the house other than to sleep! The owner was extremely nice and accomodating as well. He lives in the apartment under the rental. When we first arrived, the cable in the kitchen was not working and we could not connect to the wifi. I called the rental company and within 10 minutes, the owner was knocking on the door to get the situation straight for us. He was very accomodating, extremely nice and helped us figure everything out. I would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again soon!
Had a great time in Savannah Robert G. from Lawson, MO recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in February, 2014 The unit was clean and ready for us on arrival. We were texted the key code a couple hours before check in time. We were very happy with the property. The owners did go a little overboard with signs telling you not to smoke, not to put glasses on furniture, etc, but I am sure they care about their property. As far as location, the Bonard House is a little off the beaten path as far as the riverfront and City market goes. We ended up taking cabs most of the time, and driving our own vehicle on other days. If you stay here you must visit the Crystal Beer Parlor. They have excellent food and is in walking distance. Unfortunately Mrs. Wilkes restaurant was closed for vacation when we were there, but we hear it to is excellent and definitely within walking distance.Overall, it was a great getaway to catch up with some friends and was so much better than staying in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Great girl's weekend Karen L. from Raleigh, NC recommends this property.

Jones Street rental--prettiest residential street in Savannah A guest from Salem, NJ recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in September, 2013 For the same cost as 2 hotel rooms, my partner and I and my sister and her husband stayed at the 1868 Bonard House on Jones Street in Savannah for 4 nights. Jones Street is one of, if not THE prettiest residential street in the Savannah historic district. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do in the historic district from River Walk and Bay Street, to shopping on Broughten (sp. ?) Street, museums and historic houses, and south to Forsythe Park. The rooms were clean and comfortable with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Kitchen was modern and well-stocked, although we did no cooking while there. The house is very quiet, and there is free on-street parking in addition to one parking spot at the back of the house.
Our stay at Bonard House Diane W. from Bristol, PA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in September, 2013 We truly enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The house is beautiful inside, and neighbors are very friendly. Neighborhood seems very safe with the exception of a few homeless people walking around. Two things to owners I would suggest, small Tv downstairs in the sitting room, and access to gate in backyard area so you can get to you car without having to walk completely around.
Great stay in August A guest from Leechburg, PA recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in August, 2013 We rented the Bonard house for a long weekend in August for my friend's bachelorette party. We had a great time; the house was beautiful and well-kept, and management was helpful and friendly. There are a lot of signs/rules around, but we were able to follow them (including taking trash out, etc) the day we left with a little bit of planning. I would recommend them (special thanks to Manderly, Marcia, and Roman).
