El Matador Review
Travis W. from Winder, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2016 The location was great but the property itself felt dated. The floors left our feet black on the bottoms and most of the electrical outlets were in poor condition.
A guest from FORT WALTON BEACH, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 19 days in June, 2016 The condo was nicely furnished however, the furnishings were outdated. The appliances and tv units could stand to be replaced.
A guest from New Orleans, LA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2015 The kitchen, guest room, and gues bath are fine. The furniture in the dining and living rooms leave much to be desired. The bed in the master didn't fit on the frame and kept falling off. The master bathroom left *much* to be desired.
Property Manager Response: Response from Alicia J. Hollis, Realtor thanks for your comments for the el matador unit 211, but, the furniture in the living room were new 2 years ago, the beds were all brand new before you came in, all 3 of them, but, the frame in the king bed was a faulty one, which thanks to you for letting us know, we called Mattress Warehouse and they came and got it and replaced it with a new one, and were shocked to see the one that was installed by them. so we too apologize for your inconvenience for that frame. I have a tenant in there today and they are happy as can be in the condo, so I hope that the bed did not deter you away from that wonderful complex. Chris.
Reviewed by: Jennifer E. recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2013 We had a wonderful time. The location is excellent. The only complaint that we had was that there was no overhead light in one of the bedrooms and all of the electrical outlets did not work. The property itself was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Lincoln C. from Goodyear, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2013 It was a dated layout with old (read early 90's) furnishings. Toilets weren't as clean as id like. The place needs a thorough cleaning, and not just the once over they do on Saturday mornings. It worked out just fine for our week's stay, but nothing too fancy.
