The home is located in The Village of Stump Sound which features tennis courts, kayak or small boat launch, oceanfront pool and clubhouse as well as several ocean front walkovers. Upon driving up to the landscaped property, you will find ample parking both in the driveway and underneath the home. There is also a very large outside shower located underneath the home to wash away the sand after a fun day on the beach. In the back of the home, you will find the dock for access to the channel which ultimately leads to the Intra Coastal Waterway. The area around the dock is also known to have flounder and drum for the fishermen in the family! Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a tiled bad weather entry with plenty of room to store the beach gear till the next trip. Up the large stairs of this reverse floor plan home, you will be at the first of two levels. All bathrooms are tiled, while the bedrooms are carpeted. The rest of the home is floored with beautiful oak flooring throughout. On this level, you will find the large master bedroom complete with king size bed. The master suite also has a water side sitting room perfect for the Mr. & Mrs. to enjoying the views in peace and quiet. There is also access to a sound side screened in porch to watch the sunset every evening as it drops below the water! The private master bath offers double sinks and counter space galore. Back into the hall, you will find the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom offers 2 twins, a television and access to one of the front decks of the home. The third bedroom offers 2 twins as well but with access to the screened in porch on the water front side of the home. The two bedrooms share a full jack and jill bath located in between the two bedrooms for easy access. This level also has the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Up the stairs to the center piece of the home, the living and kitchen area, you will find very high ceilings that gives the large room an even more open and airy feel. The many picture windows around the room ensures you will not miss a second of the beautiful natural views! The living area features a large flat panel television along with dvd player and very ample seating for the family along with a sleeper sofa for additional bedding. There is also access to the top level deck over looking the sound for stunning views! The kitchen area features granite countertops with a very large work island. The work island is so large that it also doubles as a bar that provides 6 additional seats! The kitchen also has all stainless appliances with a smooth top range, wall oven, built in wall microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. The wine lovers in the family are sure to enjoy the two wine coolers tucked away in the kitchen. The kitchen provides direct access to the front deck with views of the village and the ocean! Quaint rockers are located here for those relaxing sun rises with the morning coffee. On the other side of the work island, you will also find an area for mixing those afternoon cocktails! The dining table is large and seats 8 family members very comfortably. Not to mention it is located in the perfect place giving it direct line of sight views out of many of the windows. Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
