This is a beautiful condo with an upscale beach look that?s really popular. But is isn?t just he views inside that makes it special. The beach and gulf views are spectacular. You?ll find yourself spending lots of time on the balcony because you?ll be captivated by the view. Plus, there?s an electric grill on the balcony that means cook out time is anytime.
You?re going to love the roomy LIVING ROOM. The QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA is big and comfortable. There?s a big screen TV with lots of cable channels. Free HBO too! The DVD player lets you play movies when you?re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. And of course the beach views from the living room are spectacular too.
The KITCHEN?s a beauty with granite counter tops. It?s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you?re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you?ve got everything you need to please the family. There?s a big kitchen bar with bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone?s got a seat at the table.
The MASTER SUITE is very roomy. Huge king size bed with a beautiful headboard. There?s another pretty big TV, same cable package. There?s plenty of closet space for all of your belongings too. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower.
The SECOND MASTER also has KING bed. And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day. This suite also has its own bath.
The THIRD BEDROOM is a kid-friendly area with bunks! That?s for kids with plenty of room to sleep and play. There?s a 3rd bath for the kids too.
The LAUNDRY area?s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 8 with 3 full baths.

The location was great but the condo....not so much!

Stayed for 5 days in October, 2014 Upon arrival, at midnight, we discovered our room to be not only not clean but the beds were not the size promised and they were not even made with clean sheets. The carpets were sticky and matted with dirt and sand. Mainly the problems were not so much the actual condo but the cleaning staff did not do their job. Once I notified the management they sent over house keeping and they recleaned the room, which was an inconvenience because we were already unpacked. They did give us a refund of cleaning fee and one night stay but I wish we didn't have to go through this at all. The condo was great. It was right on the beach and the deck us amazing! We had plenty of room for 8 people and an infant.

It's very roomy and has a large balcony with a beautiful view!!! The pool area is awesome and very kid friendly as well. The only thing that I would say needs attention is some minor maintenance to the condo such as changing light bulbs, tightening chair legs, and fixing drawers/sink. None of these things impacted our stay and we would have called if it had. The location is great and within walking distance of the pier. Overall we loved it!!

Was VERY disappointed that the condo had a router but no wifi. That was just unacceptable. When I contacted the company, they feasibly attempted to check it out, but not avail. Third bedroom was a storage closet - basically. No closet inside it. Carpet was extremely dirty in the living room. Location good, but the elevator situation was unbearable! I'm complaining about little things, but it's the little thing that make a good vacation great.

Stayed for 14 days in May, 2014 After doing a lot of research on houses, condos in the Florida Panhandle our family decided on Sterling Breeze. We loved the location, pool, beach etc. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the condo. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how dirty the floors/carpet were. Once we located the vacuum and tried to use it we realized that is was broken. We tried contacting your office (Best Beach Getaways) on several occasions and leaving 3 message that no one ever returned. We had to call the front desk and ask to borrow a vacuum which they were reluctant to let us borrow because it is the job of the owner to provide one. Once we explained that we have a 9 month old crawler who has black hands/knees they let us. Also the toilets were not cleaned....the master one actually had skid marks in it from a previous user...nasty! There was garbage under the beds, behind the sofa which we left there. Honestly the place hadn't looked like it was cleaned/dusted in a long time. $150 for housekeeping?? Not sure who this individual is, but for that kind of money we expected the cleanliness of the condo to be outstanding, which in fact it was not. This was the only disappointing thing about our whole vacation. It would be greatly appreciated to receive a response to these concerns. Respectfully, Pam Piccinato

Easy ocean access, well kept pool and hot tub. The room itself needed some maintenance. Walls could use some paint, very worn down looking. Carpet was dirty. Overall cleanliness of the room could use some attention .

Stayed for 14 days in January, 2014 We were very disappointed when the hot tub was out of commission for two weeks and the receptionist and maintenance manager at Sterling Breeze gave different reasons why it was out to renters and could not give an expected up time and gave many excuses why it was not fixed yet. I would think that the caretaker of the hot tub would have backup equipment to fix it instead of having to send out for the piece that needed to be fixed and then take two weeks to get it. Being the weather as an unexpected cold this year the hot tub was one of the conveniencies and it was not working. Not exceptable!

The property was gorgeous and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We stayed in for the sunsets a few nights. The grill on the balcony was a great perk! We walked, rode bikes, rented a paddle board and took in the great white sandy beaches. Great, relaxing week!

Stayed for 7 days in August, 2013 We stayed in condo 1904, the view wasn't good, you could only see the ocean out front, but not too much of anything on the sides. The condo was very dirty, there was dust layered very thick on some of the furniture, there were big junks of food in the silverware drawer. We also found clothes in the bottom night stand drawer like someone may have been sleeping there. The carpet was filthy, the condo needed to be professionally cleaned, by that I mean the carpets and the walls painted. The fold out couch had dirt all over the mattress which we had to use the vacuum on in order to sleep on it. We also had to vacuum the carpet in the living room. The door handle on the closet door in the master bedroom fell off when we opened the door, also the drawers in the bathroom had dirt in them. Like I said if you don't mind the dirt stay there, I did not care for it, would not go back. They need a much better cleaning crew. One more thing I forgot to mention our grill on the balcony did not work, we were very disappointed.

This condo is in an excellent location just down the street from Pier Park! The condo itself was more than adequate. It felt very big. The views from the balcony were beautiful! I would recommend this condo to everyone. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The amenities were great also. There were three housekeeping items I was unhappy with: the master shower had black mold in it, the carpet in the family room was absolutely filthy and neither one of the balcony grills were cleaned from the previous tenant. If your feet were clean before walking on the carpet, they became black.

They did not have the wine bar open, the fire pit open, the wifi did not work. The walk way smelled of stinky feet, due to the leaks they had and some days were worse than others. As for the condo itself. Very comfortable and nice. But if you advertising a nice wine bar and fire pit by the water, then they should be available and ready for the guest. If this would have been off season I would have understood but this was a major holiday.

A guest from Marietta, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2013 The location is perfect. This was our 5th stay and 5th condo at Sterling Breeze. The condo was "advertised" as a 3 bedroom. The 3rd bedroom was so small with a bunk and we've stayed in 2 bedrooms that have the exact same set up and were advertised as a 2 bedroom. The 2nd bedroom listed a king bed and it was actually a double bed. The carpet was tired and there were some heavy stains near the coffee table. The management company was fantastic and very professional. I would love to stay at Sterling Breeze again, but not this unit.

I have to say that the only thing that marred our week were the elevators. We spent alot of time waiting on elevators - especially at check in and check out times. Sometimes you would have to wait for as many as three elevators in order to get on. Our room was on the 19th floor so walking up wasn't an option. I love this property, but each year the elevator situation is becoming increasingly difficult.
