Charming farmhouse in Tuscany, a villa restored in the Tuscan style situated amidst the hills surrounding the lovely medieval town of Cortona. The property is in very quiet location and offers charming extensive views over the Chiana valley, in Tuscany. The villa is simply and comfortably furnished in a typical Tuscany country style.
Distances: Cortona with all kinds of shops 2 km, Camucia with railway station 6 km, Arezzo approx. 30 km, Siena 50 km. Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches is reachable in a 20-minute drive.
At guests’ disposal: private, fenced, furnished garden, swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – maximum depth 2,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Telephone. Iron at disposal. The access to the property is via an unpaved, steep and narrow road of approx. 2 km which is not suitable for low or big cars. Parking within the grounds. On request it is possible to add an extra bed in each of the double bedrooms. Pets are allowed.
