The cottage, with all its accommodation on the ground floor, is most comfortably furnished in traditional style with tiled floors and terracotta ceilings. All its windows enjoy fine views and most of them face on to the large private garden. The garden has a lawn, flowering plants and trees and enjoys a magnificent view of the countryside and the towers of the city. It is furnished with sunloungers and barbecue and is a delightful location for enjoying an alfresco meal. The sitting room is separate from the house, 3 mt far (you have to exit the house, the lounge entrance (heating by wood stove) is in front); it is a very comfortable room for relaxing in. It has a large arched glass door and a smaller glass door opening on to a large terrace with pergola furnished with table and chairs and barbecue where enjoy an alfresco meal.
Le Rondini has one bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, separate lounge, terrace with pergola.
Next door to Le Rondini, still on the ground floor, there live the owner and his family. They are friendly and helpful whilst not intruding on your privacy. Fly screens, Parking, use of washing machine.

It is placed in a quiet position in the countryside, close to the town of San Gimignano (2,5Km) and in a convenient position to easily visit Siena, Florence, Volterra and the other most important tuscan sight-seengs.
The house is a charming and traditional Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely garden that encircle the house and enjoys a magnificent view of the medieval walled town with his famous towers. The property is surroundend by olive groves and vineyards.

Bus stop 800 mt from the villa, with connections to Florence and Siena. Poggibonsi also features a railway station.

The apt. is attached to the property LE PAPERE - they can be booked together by a party of 2 couples who want to stay close, thogh in separate apartments.
